Meet Dr. Einck

Dr. Virginia Einck, born and raised in Walker County, knew from a young age that she wanted to become a veterinarian. She loves animals, and she has a mission to help them lead long and healthy lives. One of the things she enjoys most about her profession is observing the bond between owners and their pets when they visit the office for a biannual wellness appointment.

Because many pet owners love their pets as if they were children, it was important to Dr. Einck to establish a veterinary clinic that provides preventative care at an affordable price. When she decided to open Well Pet Place, she wanted to offer pet owners the opportunity to provide their pets with the preventative healthcare they need, without having to spend a great deal of money.

Encouraging pet owners to bring their animals to her veterinary clinic for wellness appointments is one of Dr. Einck’s highest priorities. It is her opinion that prevention is one of the most important factors that will lead to excellent health.

Dr. Einck genuinely looks forward to meeting each person and pet that walks through the door of Well Pet Place. As a veterinarian, her goal is to provide the best possible care and treatment – all with a personal and compassionate touch. With her focus on honest and open communication, Dr. Einck welcomes questions and conversations with pet owners on how to best care for their pets.

In 2005, Dr. Einck graduated from Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine. Prior to becoming a veterinarian, she was enlisted in the United States Army for four years, and she also worked as a certified veterinary technician. Before opening Well Pet Place, Dr. Einck worked for several years as a veterinarian at a local clinic.
